Debbie Mitchell is the former owner of Ready To Exhale, LLC, a yoga studio that also offered meditative and creative workshops. She found yoga at the age of 58, and fell in love with how simply it helped to improve a person’s balance, flexibility and strength using simple stretches.
“I remember my first classes. I felt so lost. By the time I figured out what the instructor was doing, she was on to the next pose. I promised myself that as a teacher, I would use that memory to better connect with each member of my class.”
Debbie is a 200hr Yoga Teacher, with a certificate in Trauma based Restorative Yoga
Debbie also holds certificates for and facilitates:
- Zentangle®, an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns called tangles. You create tangles with combinations of dots, lines, simple curves and orbs on paper tiles. Tiles are 3.5” x 3.5” quality paper. You will be amazed at what you can draw and what you can do with this method of drawing!
- SoulCollage® is a method of self-discovery through the use of cut out magazine images, arranged onto a 5×8” mat board to make a collage that can lead to creative writing.
- Reiki 1 and Reiki 2
